How long does it take to build and ship my custom clubs?
Each set of Haywood clubs is built to order. Typically, our build time is 7-10 business days, followed by standard shipping transit times depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our golf equipment worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
Can I adjust the loft and lie of my irons?
Absolutely. During the ordering process, you can specify custom loft and lie adjustments. If you need modifications after purchase, we recommend visiting a certified club fitter.
What is your return policy on golf clubs?
We offer a 30-day return policy on standard specification items in new, unused condition. Please note that custom-built clubs with specific shaft or grip upgrades may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do Haywood Golf clubs come with a warranty?
Yes, all our clubs are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
How can I track my order?
Once your clubs have been built and handed off to the courier, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
